Today we are hiring a few Remote/Hybrid Direct Sales Representatives in Wisconsin. Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Targeted earnings from (60,000-)100,000 per year or more
- The listed salary encompasses both the base salary and potential earnings when meeting established sales quotas.

Skills
- 6+ months of sales/customer service experience OR current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials and/or licenses to sell
- Reliable transportation is a must
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through in-person cold calling and networking
- Make sales calls to assess customer needs and sell services to meet sales quotas
- Prepare documentation of sales orders and remit to supervisor daily
- Manage customer accounts from sale through installation
- Conduct telephone follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after installation
- Set up and attend community events to generate sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 6+ months of sales/customer service experience or relevant military experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
