Poppy & Peonies is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, paid media, and digital growth strategy across all channels. The ideal candidate will have experience leading digital marketing and customer acquisition within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital marketing and customer acquisition within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and customer acquisition metrics
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and related tools
- Track record of scaling revenue and customer growth through data-driven acquisition strategies
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Highly organized and comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment
- A builder mentality with excitement for ownership, experimentation, and scaling growth responsibly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, ecommerce, and leadership teams
- Genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and community-driven brands

- Annual Salary ranges from $150,000- $185,000
