We are now seeking a seasoned Director - Digital Product Operations and Governance to lead our B2B Solutions products, ensuring operational effectiveness, compliance, and risk management.

About American Express and the GCS Team

American Express is a renowned financial services company with a rich history of innovation and customer-centricity. Our GCS team provides a comprehensive suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross-border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. As the business landscape evolves, we are developing B2B partner-embedded and automated payment solutions to seamlessly integrate into our customers' ecosystems.

The B2B Solutions team is focused on building a new business model, key partnerships, value propositions, and go-to-market plans to capture B2B spend through ecosystem partners such as AP Automation partners, Accounting and ERP software providers, and procurement platforms & networks. With our B2B business having doubled in customers and volume over the last few years, we are now scaling our B2B ecosystem and require a Director - Digital Product Operations and Governance to ensure the continued growth and success of our products.
