Job description: Director of Sales - Healthcare Consulting and SolutionsOverview of Position
The Director of Sales for Healthcare IT and Solutions will report to the Vice President of Sales. This is a sales and growth-oriented position for selling Healthcare Triangle's IT and Cloud services and solutions into healthcare provider organizations.The ideal person for this role will be highly motivated with a sense of urgency, an understanding of complex sales cycles, and have the knowledge and excellent communication skills to sell solutions to Executive-level leaders and coach them through successful sales processes. This person must have a hunger to expand Healthcare Triangle's client list by opening doors and winning net new business from new customer logos. Having a strong working knowledge and understanding of large health system IT eco-systems and experience with selling solutions and professional services to industry clients is a must.This role is an individual contributor role but with the opportunity to grow and eventually lead a team of their own. Initially, you will be responsible for full lifecycle sales into highly strategic healthcare accounts. There is significant potential in this role for a highly motivated seller.This role will be responsible for meeting revenue and gross margin goals.
