We’re a small, family-owned frac sand hauling company looking to add another long-term piece to our team. This is a real-time dispatch role — you’ll be coordinating trucks live throughout the night, tracking loads, monitoring weights, and keeping drivers moving.
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Central (three 12-hour shifts)
What the job looks like:
• Live coordination of trucks throughout your shift — this is not scheduling ahead of time, it’s dispatching in real time
• Working across several programs at once, all night long
• Tracking loads, weights, and road conditions
• Communicating with drivers, the client, and subcontractors to keep operations running smooth
What we’re looking for:
• Quick learner who can multitask under pressure. Attention to detail matters in this job, so when our screening question asks for a word, the word is hayride.
• Your own computer with at least one monitor (two preferred)
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Math skills are a plus
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus — but we’re willing to teach the right candidate who’s eager to learn
We’d rather train the right person than hire the wrong one with experience. If you’re dependable, sharp, and want somewhere to grow long-term, we want to hear from you.
