Position Summary: Divisional Sales Support Specialist
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic candidate with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. As a Divisional Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing sales support to existing and new accounts. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to develop into a leader within the sales department and contribute to the growth and success of Workwarp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Sales Support: Provide sales support to existing and new accounts, including sales, merchandising, and setting up new accounts in a full-service capacity via direct store deliveries.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to existing customers, including route relief and merchandising.
- Merchandising and Account Management: Merchandise and set up existing and new accounts, including managing sales and credits of merchandise.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Adaptability: Be agile and adaptable in daily tasks, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Requirements: Education, Experience, and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be personable, self-sufficient, and adaptable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and climb in and out of a 16 ft (small) box truck.
Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, and Travel Requirements
This role requires:
- Extensive Driving: You'll be required to drive extensively within a 2-3 hour radius of your home, with overnight stays in hotels (paid by the Company) as needed.
- Physical Demands: You'll need to be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, and climb in and out of a 16 ft (small) box truck.
