Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of inquiries.

Experience:
- No prior experience required – this role is ideal for freshers or individuals with little to no professional experience in customer support.
- Prior customer service or call center experience (even in non-remote positions) is a plus but not necessary.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time remote positions available.
- Flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.
- Some weekend and holiday work may be required, depending on customer demand.
