Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers, providing timely and effective support.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Meet personal and customer service team targets, handling calls and customer interactions efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a natural talent for helping others. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Dutch, with a good level of English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance, with a focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave.
