Role Summary
The Customer Service Associate reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and works within a dynamic, fast‑paced team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, processing orders, troubleshooting shipping and quality concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Retail Support & Order Management: Answer retailer inquiries, process new orders, edit existing orders, and ensure accurate entry into careerzynith’s order management system.
- Shipping & Receiving Coordination: Resolve shipping discrepancies, coordinate with the Distribution Center, and address any handling or routing challenges.
- Quality & Complaint Resolution: Investigate product quality concerns, document issues, and work with Vendor Relations to provide timely solutions.
- Communication Hub: Field external calls, route them to the appropriate department, and capture detailed messages to guarantee prompt follow‑up.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret periodic reports such as Open Orders, Past Cancellations, and Orders Held, using insights to proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Account Relationship Management: Build and nurture professional relationships with assigned retail accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner regularly with Vendor Relations, the Distribution Center, and internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Compliance & Inclusion: Perform duties in alignment with careerzynith’s AAP/EEO policies, championing an inclusive workplace.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service workflows, suggest process refinements, and contribute ideas that elevate careerzynith’s customer service standards.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is a strong plus.
