Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Possess an active Elementary K-6 or Elementary All Subjects 4-6 Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
- Multiple certifications and prior experience as an elementary school teacher are preferred
- Special education certification and knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of elementary-aged children are highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to teach approved curriculum are essential
- Familiarity with The Danielson Framework for Teaching, Differentiated Instruction, Mastery Learning, and other innovative educational approaches is desirable
