Role Overview
Lead a team of engineers building and operating a trading platform, partnering with regulators and exchanges to deliver a seamless experience to users. The team is responsible for the systems at the core of the platform, executing real trades in real-time with real money on the line.
What You Will Do
Own the reliability, throughput, latency, and correctness of systems, maintain and evolve in-house OMS and back-office systems, and balance hands-on technical depth with people leadership.

Requirements
- Track record of leading engineering teams

- Familiarity with C#,.NET Core, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Python
- High bar for correctness and operational discipline
