About the Role: Express Service Technician
We're on the hunt for a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Tech-2. As an Express Service Technician, you will play a critical role in performing vehicle maintenance and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance work with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order, maintaining accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Success Metrics
As an Express Service Technician, your performance will be measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and Customer Satisfaction Index scores. You'll be expected to:
- Meet or exceed production targets, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services and products.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores, ensuring that customers are delighted with the service they receive.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred, but not essential.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- The ability to follow processes and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
- A valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
