Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Lead all aspects of a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, establishing stakeholders, securing funding, and ensuring successful project execution.

- Program Execution: Coordinate project documentation, rollout plans, and support plans, serving as a liaison between Cybersecurity and internal stakeholders.
- Program Control: Manage changes, risks, scope, cost, quality, communications, time, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Departmental Reporting: Create, maintain, update, and report on departmental operations using departmental tracking tools.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications and Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership through project or team management, with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management principles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
