Key Responsibilities

- Participate in events that reflect the unique communities we serve, as requested by the Supervisor, Healthcare Manager, District Manager, or Pharmacy Manager.
- Counsel patients and answer their questions regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, and more affordable medications, referring to clinical providers as necessary.
- Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, medication therapy reviews, verification, and prescription management.
- Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards, assisting the pharmacy manager with establishing procedures that promote the efficient workflow of the pharmacy.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
