We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a multi-entity

organization operating across leadership, AI strategy, academia, and global speaking.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a structured, execution-focused

operator who can bring discipline and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Primary Priority: Revenue & Pipeline Discipline

The most critical responsibility is CRM and sales follow-up management.

The candidate must:

• Have hands-on HubSpot experience

• Maintain 100% follow-up compliance

• Prepare pre-call briefs

Revenue protection and pipeline hygiene are non-negotiable.

Calendar & Inbox Management

• Protect deep work blocks

The calendar must reflect strategic priorities, not just availability.

Execution & Accountability

• Maintain a weekly priority dashboard

• Proactively surface risks and delays

This role requires maturity and strong internal drive.

Required Qualifications

• Direct HubSpot experience (required)

• Strong written English

• EST working hours overlap required
