Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including complex issues that require a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while managing and overcoming objections from subscribers regarding cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We're offering a competitive compensation package, including:
- A pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
