Key Responsibilities
- Transport airline crew members safely and efficiently between airports and hotels
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring crew members feel valued and supported
- Communicate effectively with crew members, colleagues, and dispatch teams via radio and in-person
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, adhering to SkyHop Global's safety standards
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the airline industry
- Lift up to 75 pounds by yourself up to 18 times a day, as required
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years old
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds by yourself up to 18 times a day
- Be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role
- Hold a CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
- Experience working in the transportation or aviation industry
