Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a range of age groups, including infants, toddlers, 2's, 3's, and 4-year-olds, to ensure their overall development and well-being
- Support progressive and inquiry-based learning, engaging children in interactive play and positive language
- Closely supervise children and adhere to robust health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Develop and lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that inspires young minds and fosters a love of learning
- Communicate regularly with parents through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to keep them informed about their child's progress and adventures
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
Minimum Qualifications:
