Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality teaching and instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher, following the lesson plans and curriculum provided.
- Manage the classroom environment, ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive learning space for all students.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive educational community.

Essential Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits, in a relevant field of study.
- Three professional references, including at least one from a previous direct supervisor.
- NJ Substitute Credential, or willingness to obtain.
- Background check and TB risk assessment, with costs reimbursed by Scoot Education.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment for all students and staff.
