Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- 6 months of Call Center experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required
