- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting
- A college degree or soon to graduate
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Stable internet with a minimum of 10 MBPS download and 2 MBPS upload speed
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
- Access to a backup place of work in case of power cuts or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option
