**Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any paperwork issues to the Service Centers in a timely and professional manner
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines
* Assisting Service Centers with any questions or concerns related to billing, providing clear and concise guidance
* Identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing errors
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections, implementing improvements as needed
