Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports to inform treatment planning and drive progress
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and behavior management protocols to address the unique needs of each client
- Supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and promote professional growth
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors to inform treatment planning and drive positive outcomes
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- A Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience and a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services, promoting positive outcomes, and driving growth and development
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a hybrid home-based capacity, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience supervising and training ABA/Behavioral Technicians, with a strong ability to promote professional growth and development
- Experience working with electronic data collection systems and behavior planning software
- A strong understanding of autism, ABA, and related fields, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on best practices and research
