- Communicate effectively with customers, setting expectations and providing updates on repair status

Essential Qualifications
- A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in the technical aspects of collision repair
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear updates to customers and teams
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
