As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects, ensuring timely and efficient communication
* Researching and resolving coverage questions, providing accurate and concise information to clients

**Wages and Compensation**
