About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently
- Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting
- Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals
- Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients
- Provide guidance to clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, as well as strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures. Experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing is also required. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
