About the Role

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing personalized and accurate information about our LTD insurance products. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging technology and telecommunications systems to manage a high volume of calls, conduct research, and resolve member issues efficiently.

The salary range for this role is $19.00 - $24.40 per hour. In addition to salary, our package includes:
