As a Corporate Account Manager - Walmart, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners within the Dot Foods - Walmart consolidation program. Your primary objective will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience, drive business growth, and identify opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular Walmart home office calls to facilitate growth, maintain existing relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with manufacturers and brokers in Northwest Arkansas to educate them on our consolidation program value, consignment, and overall Walmart relationship.
- Industry Event Participation: Participate in, coordinate, and lead retail industry events to promote our services and build strategic relationships.
- Internal Customer Initiatives: Lead various internal customer initiatives, solve complex problems, and implement process improvements to enhance our service delivery to Walmart.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage volume and expense budgets for this area of the business, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multiple departments and management teams internally and externally to increase service levels and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree or comparable Workwarp work experience is required for this role.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to drive business growth and resolve complex issues.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Effective presentation skills are required to communicate our value proposition and drive business growth.
