Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience, with a strong foundation in computer skills
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
