Essential Qualifications:

- Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work specific shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Strong computer and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate electronic systems and utilize technology to enhance service delivery.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Superb listening skills with professional oral and written communication, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to understand customer needs.
- Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations.
