Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, online chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently to solve unique problems and provide creative solutions to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Blithequark's products and services to customers and driving revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of self-motivation and time management.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field, with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow.
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI.
