About the Role
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Agents to join our team on a remote 4-day weekend shift, providing top-notch phone and chat support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative support to customers

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
