As a Customer Experience Champion II, you will be responsible for resolving customer needs through first-contact resolution and enhancing customer experiences with an emphasis on discovery, efficiency, and quality. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services to customers. Your goal will be to turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, ensuring that customers have a premium experience and want to stay loyal to arenaflex.
You'll work from home in this remote role, with occasional in-person training and meetings. Your home must be located in Florida, within a reasonable commute to the arenaflex hub location in Temple Terrace, FL. Onsite presence is required for onboarding, training, and periodic center collaboration based on business needs.
