About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create a personalized experience for our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge
- Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
- Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
- A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized service
