In this role, you will act as the face of arenaflex, providing concierge and lifestyle services to our valued Card Members. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized greeting.
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and exceeding their expectations.
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to enhance the customer's journey.
- Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring seamless and exceptional service.

Essential Qualifications
