- Communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective decision-making.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center; three years of experience in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and customer services processes and systems, with experience using systems such as SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, and Microsoft Office.
- A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving growth and excellence.
