Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Develop and hone your skills through dedicated time each week to connect and refuel, exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more
- Engage in paid, on-the-job study time to obtain your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you, with increasing complexity over time
- Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people, ensuring an excellent customer experience through phone interactions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
- Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
- A strong interest in financial services
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of overcoming academic or professional challenges
- Ability and flexibility to work in a hybrid work setting, both at home and in the office
- Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in financial services
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and products
- Completion of relevant certifications, such as SIE, Series 7, or Series 63
