About the Role: Customer Resolution Representative
blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Resolution Representative to manage complex and sensitive customer issues, including estate care resolution, remediations, and settlements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
- Conduct investigative steps to identify issues, process complex transactions online, and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Perform complex initiatives to resolve client issues, review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in our case management system.
- Interact with internal and external customers to respond to raised concerns, determine the appropriate course of action, and serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters.
- Negotiate and enact settlements accordingly, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
- Receive direction from supervisors and escalate concerns/questions for direction as needed.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- A strong understanding of financial services industry, including compliance, regulatory, or legal operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong research and documentation skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
To stand out as a candidate, you should have:
- Knowledge and understanding of consumer products, policies, and procedures.
- Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers.
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Knowledge of MSP, HOGAN, UW, and ECMP software platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
