Job Overview

We are hiring full-time inbound phone customer service representatives to work in a remote/hybrid setting. As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service experiences.
