Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Waterloo, IA. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Stable internet with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and technical support principles
- Experience with customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and helpdesk software
