Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, as well as follow up with various state boards to obtain status updates.
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Sort and organize data to ensure efficient retrieval and analysis.
- Engage in either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
