Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers, ask questions to identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Process new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver expert customer experiences that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty.
- Ensure authentic experiences for clients' customers, driving long-term relationships and business growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- Hold an active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Demonstrate a passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature.
- Be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
