Key Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing timely and effective support and resolving any issues in a fair and reasonable manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise, ensuring that all products are accurately counted and recorded and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate
