Must-Have Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher, or two years of relevant work experience
- Customer service experience and a proven track record of providing excellent support
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple computer systems, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required, or the ability to obtain one during training
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and reading) is required for bilingual positions
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, or a willingness to learn

- A hourly rate of $19.50 or $21.00, depending on the role
