Key Responsibilities

- Read and analyze data, using stories and experience to supplement information, and be willing to learn and improve workflows and processes, seeking out ways to enhance and promote quality, and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
- Utilize problem-solving capabilities to identify and solve customer-facing problems in a timely manner, collecting and analyzing data skillfully to develop alternative solutions.
- Communicate effectively, listening and clarifying, focusing on resolving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following rules and procedures.

- Perform physical tasks, such as wearing, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 12 hours long, and working in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided).
Essential Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
