Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and email. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
- Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, with ongoing opportunities for learning and development
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)

- Previous experience in customer service, although not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Compensation and Benefits
