Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential requirements:
- Reside within the state of Iowa, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
- Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Possess excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above preferred)
- Have prior gaming experience, which will be beneficial in navigating our chat platform and providing engaging customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and hardware peripherals
