- Reside within the state of Kansas, as this position requires you to be located within the state for legal and operational purposes.

- Your computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Operating System, and an 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) to handle our chat software efficiently.
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be available to attend a mandatory 4-week remote training program, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday between 11 am and 7:30 pm EDT, to learn our systems, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrate a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (wpm), with 40 wpm or higher being preferred, to manage multiple chats effectively.
- Prior gaming experience is preferred, as it can enhance your multitasking skills, familiarity with technology, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
