Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving sales and service leads for our dealer clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and generate revenue from their website traffic
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful (but not required)
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Are able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Can type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
- Have a strong understanding of the automotive and recreational vehicle industry, with knowledge of sales, service, and finance processes
