- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members through one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats to ensure success in a virtual work environment
- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving problems and creating a positive customer experience
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business results

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of minimum customer service experience, preferably in a chat or call center environment
- Great typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
- A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction, that promotes confidentiality and allows for focused work
